CANCELLATION

TWOO THINGS and twoothings.com may cancel your order if the items you purchase are sold out, the payment detected as a fraud or other reasons. You will receive an email from twoothings.com within 24 hours after you receive the order confirmation. If you have already paid, your payment will be refunded to you as the way you paid the order. 

 

EXCHANGE

You may exchange your purchases on twoothings.com for any reasons.

 

Exchange is accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of your purchase. Items must be in original condition (new and sealed). Those returned items that are deemed or damaged will be sent back to you at your expense.

 

No exchanges or refunds on sale items under any circumstances. Shipping cost for change of mind or exchange will not be refunded. We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.

 

Please contact us at orders@twoothings.com if you want to send back the whole or part of your order, including the order number found on your order confirmation or dispatch confirmation. 

Within 24 hours you will receive a return authorisation number alone with the return address. We will review this on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a return if we deem to be unsatisfactory.
