WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

The payment on this website include PayPal and Square.

  • PayPal allows secure payment with your Paypal account or credit card. You will be redirected to Paypal to finalise your order. Once your order is completed, you will be automatically redirected to TWOOTHINGS.com.

  • We accept credit card payments via Square (Visa, Mastercard & American Express). All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to card details. You will be asked for your card number, its period of validity and the CVN.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • You may exchange your purchases on TWOOTHINGS.com for any reason

  • Exchange is accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of your purchase. Items must be in original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn). Those returned items that are deemed worn, untagged, washed or damaged will be sent back to you at your expense

  • No exchanges or refunds on sale items under any circumstances

  • Please contact us at orders@twoothings.com if you want to send back the whole or part of your order, including the order number found on your order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.
